Creek-Pawnee A.K.A. Alex C. McIntosh, b.1909 d.1959. Acee was a native of Oklahoma. He attended school at Chilocco boarding school, OSU & OU.
He also took non-credit classes at Oxford University in England.
He was a writer, illustrator, lecturer, teacher, museum staff member, flute player, dancer and painter. Later in his short life he was director of the art department at Bacone College in Muskogee, Ok. And he was probably most recognized in the non-Indian art field for having his own childrens television show broadcast from Tulsa, Ok
